Conditions of sale
Sospiri delivers only within Italy. The order shall be delivered to the address given by the customer at the time of ordering. For each order placed, Sospiri issues a receipt that shall be sent with the goods inside the parcel. The customer must state at the time of ordering whether he wants a commercial invoice. The invoice shall be issued on the basis of the information provided by the customer. No change in the invoice shall be possible after the invoice has been issued.
Sospiri undertakes to dispatch the order within 2/3 working days, 7 days for the islands. The expected delivery date is determined by the combination of the following 2 elements:
a. dispatch time (2/3 working days): verification of the reliability of the paying information provided + preparation of the order + handling of the package(s) by the carrier
b. delivery time of the parcel, by the carrier
Delivery times may vary, especially around National Holidays days.
Delivery costs shall be borne by the Customer. The Customer shall pay for the goods using the paying method chosen at the time of ordering. No responsibility can be attributed to Sospiri in case of delay in the dispatch of the order or in the delivery times.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check
that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated on the invoice, transport document or courier's waybill;
that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet or in any way altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal strapping).
Any damage or mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately reported to the courier by placing a signature “with reserve”. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer may not make any objection regarding the external appearance of the goods delivered. Any problem related to the product’s integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported by email to info@sospiribotanicheveneziane.com within 5 days after the delivery, in the manner provided for in this document.
After 5 days, Sospiri is considered exonerated from any kind of problem related to the order. If the material in storage at the courier's warehouses is not collected within 5 working days due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the Customer, the order will be automatically sent back to the sender with consequent re-debiting of the costs in the case of new delivery, upon prior arrangement by e-mail: info@sospiribotanicheveneziane.com.
